Welcome to the Chesapeake Academy Community Network.  This Community Network complements and extends the Chesapeake Academy learning experience for each student  as well as keeping all our constituent members and friends of our community connected!

For Alumni and Friends of Chesapeake Academy,  the CA Community Network (CA CN) will  help you share information and enable you to stay in touch with the school as well as reconnect you with classmates.

In order to get started, you will need to register by completing the fields on the right.  When you first login to the CA Community Network you will then be asked to complete your profile.
 
For each category of information in your profile, you may choose to allow that to be public to the CA CN or to be private (not shared with CA CN members).  So, you may customize your CA CN profile.  You may also choose settings within your profile so that you receive e-mails when certain areas of the network are updated (such as the class homework blogs or CAPPA announcements).  

Again, none of the profile information for any CA CN user is public on the internet.  In addition, the CA CN is not mined by commercial companies for data collection.  It is a completely secure portal. 

We are thrilled to be able to offer this educational community networking tool!  As we continue to build modules within it, we will add new functionality.  We are one of the few (if not the only) PreK-8 school using this platform to enhance our program and provide our students with technology skills necessary to excel.  At the same time, we are keeping all the constituent members of our community connected!  Please let us know if you have any questions about registering or using the network.
