LANGUAGE ARTS: Finish your paragraph from class if you did not finish it. Plan and write another narrative paragraph using the blank side of the "Write a Narrative Paragraph" WS. Upcoming- We should finish SG tomorrow, writing task on Friday, movie on Monday, test on Wednesday.
GEOGRAPHY: Study for your test on Friday- we will finish going over the study guide questions tomorrow. Remember that your region project - the paper and the visual aid - is due on Mon

LANGUAGE ARTS: No vocab this week. We will be starting our personal narrative unit in writing, so make sure you have either a working flash drive or google docs account so you can save your work!

Dress for Poetry Alive: You may bring a pair of jeans (no rips or holes) along with a solid color polo or t-shirt for the performance. Your t-shirt should not have any designs or words on it. You can change for the program at 1:45 if you choose to wear something other than your school uniform.
MATH: Math Sheet 10.4
LANGUAGE ARTS: Rehearse your poem over and over again. Say your part to your mom, your babysitter, your dog, your bathroom mirror (especially to the mirror- make eye contact with yourself so you can see your facial expressions.) Even if you think you know your part, practice it again and again until you can do the words and actions in your sleep. THIS IS YOUR HW PRIORITY. Your poem MUST be completely memorized by tomorrow.
GEOGRAPHY: Work on region project if you have extra time.

LANGUAGE ARTS: Finish WS if you did not finish it in class. Work on poem. ("I'll tell thee" group remember to each come up with a new suggestion to spread the lines around, and you can decide as a group which options you like best on Monday!)

Feb. 14th- AR RINGO test due. Also, Valentine's Day party (remember, if you bring treats/cards to exchange, make sure you have one for everyone!)
Feb. 15th- Unit 7 grammar test- you already have your study guide, and there will be a review during homework club on the 14th (as well as in class)
Feb. 16th- Poetry Alive Presentation (2:00-3:00) (your geo essay should be pretty much finished this day so you can start working on your visual aid- also a good time to ask me questions!)
Feb. 17th & 20th- No school!
Feb. 24th- United States Geo test (you will get your study guide next week, and we will start working on it in class on 2/16)
Feb. 27th- Geo essay and visual aid due
